Who are we ?

Hello, my name is Emmanuel, originally a personal trainer in Uccle at a Basic-Fit , I finally became a home sports coach a little everywhere in Brussels . Since March 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic has pushed me to offer an additional service at the homes of those who wanted to stay fit and healthy . It was obvious to me to help as many people as possible through sport and personalized support . It was a huge success. I quickly had to collaborate with other coaches in order to be able to meet all these requests. This is how FIT AT HOME was born , the first team of sports coaches who come directly to your home. Qualified, experienced coaches who are as passionate as I am about helping others surpass themselves to achieve their personal goals.
