If you're here, it's to find a solution to your current situation. Don't worry, don't be afraid of change. Your nutrition coach will take into account everything you tell him/her. Do you have food allergies or intolerances? No problem! We'll find the right foods for your body. Foods and a balanced diet that will of course be adapted to your goal.
How nutrition coaching works:
- Our nutrition coach comes to you
- Weighing in on an impedance meter scale
- Gather information on your current diet
- Goal setting
- You receive a detailed nutrition plan for 8 to 10 weeks
Your coach comes back to you at the end of your first program to review your progress and readjust a new program. And so on until you've reached your final goal.
Your goal could be to lose weight, gain muscle mass, prepare for a competition or simply rebalance your diet for better health.
